Use of the App and Site

License: JetBuy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the App or its contents.

Website Use: The marketing website (Site) is intended for informational and promotional purposes only. You may browse the Site and download the App through links provided on the Site. No other use or data collection occurs on the Site.

Limitation of Liability: JetBuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or Site.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Modification: JetBuy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these T&C at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the App or Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.
